Charming and spacious, this delightful 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is located in the sought-after suburb of Wavertree. With ample free on-street parking, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Ideal for families or groups, this inviting home offers a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility for a memorable stay.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious double bedroom to the left of the hallway, featuring an window facing work desk and ample storage with a bright, airy atmosphere.

Continuing down the hall, you'll reach the spacious lounge and dining area. The lounge includes a comfortable seating area, and a flat-screen smart TV.

Adjacent to the lounge is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing anything from a three-course meal to a light snack.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms. One is a double room with the two twin rooms featuring a double and single bed each. The stunningly family bathroom is in the middle of the floor, for easy access.

Guests will have access to the whole house for sole use during their stay.

No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am.

The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests
