Located just a quick 10-minute drive from the city centre, it's an ideal base for exploring all that the city has to offer.

The house is set over 3 floors.  

First Floor:

Main Living Area: Features a spacious lounge and a kitchen/diner with an open and airy layout, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or shopping.

Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped, ideal for preparing meals from a three-course dinner to light snacks and refreshments.

Bedroom 1: A spacious double bedroom.

Bathroom: Located on this level, providing essential amenities.

Second Floor (Attic Level):

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds. Note that the head height may vary, with lower sides due to the attic space, offering a cosy and private area for rest.

Please note the ground floor is not accessible (storage area only).
