They're very responsive and very fast to address customer concerns. I love how polite and professional they are in terms of response time and subsequent reactions. Their rooms are beautifully arranged and set up with very clean sheets and duvets. Although , I would suggest that the television in the lounge be brought down a bit as it puts a strain at the back of the neck with it's current position. My boys fell in love with the place almost immediately. I would recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment, the apartments are stunning and are near the park, the shops are just across the road and the Kirkdale train is even under a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Didn't even need to message the host during my stay because we enjoyed our stay. Before checking in, the host was amazing and quick with the responses. The instructions are simple to follow for checking in & checking out of the apartment. The beds are really comfortable as I have guests with me staying this weekend and it did helped them to have a decent sleep.
