No issues with noise sensors we had an admittedly tame hen do but we were all speaking very loudly over each other and had bits of music on no issues whatsoever.

A fantastic house in a great location. We were a group of 9 so had so much space. All bedrooms are extremely spacious and comfy, and there is loads of communal space in both the kitchen and lovely living room. Good location for easy Uber or train access to the city. The place was really clean and welcoming when we arrived and extremely well equipped for a very enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay. The beds are really comfy and each room had plenty of clean towels, hanging space, mirrors etc. The kitchen is huge with a great dining table and seating, and the living room has plenty of seating for a large group.  Would definitely book this place again for a group stay in Liverpool.

This is a gem of an Airbnb. It's a beautiful house and it made for a very comfortable stay.

A beautiful and well presented space, very spacious throughout and didnt feel cramped or overcrowded eventhough we were at max capacity. The kids had a great time too with Crosby and Formby beaches being close by and plenty of other child friendly activities and days out. The hosts were excellent and quick to respond to even the last minute queries. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Good property especially for larger families/groups like ours. Only 20mins or so from city centre so good place to base yourselves out of if wanting to explore the city and beyond

Had a lovely stay at Lancefield Road. Went for a girly weekend and the hosts were really helpful and responsive. Rooms were a great size and decor was really nice - particularly enjoyed the kitchen and living room space. Would definitely recommend!

When we arrived, they were clear instructions on how to enter the property and upon entering the property outside and inside looked superb. It made everyone feel at home. The kitchen is something else especially for us women who likes to cook the front room is very welcoming upon entering our bedrooms, everyone including the kids loved their space the ensuite shower bathroom , the rooms were looking very clean and white, hotel style indeed. Our whole family enjoyed their stay , the outside resting area is good at the same time everything that you can ever require was available. Thanks  @Brian , happy to come back

A beautiful, spacious house, and spotless. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the train station is a short walk away. Plenty of space to hang out, such as the kitchen/diner with a large table with a corner bench that was very comfortable. The living room was beautifully decorated and with two sofas, both extremely comfortable. Large TVs in all communal areas and bedrooms. At first we weren't sure how to operate the lockbox where the key was stored, but it only took a couple of minutes to figure out. I really can't fault this place at all, though for people looking for nightlife there's not much in the immediate vicinity, however the city centre is only 10 minutes away on the train. I would definitely recommend this property!

The house itself has everything you needed. Clean and big enough for 13 people as my group. The host is very easy to contact. Highly recommend for the big group.

We stayed in 31 and 33 Everton Valley as a group of 15. Both properties were clean and well equipped. Hosts were very responsive when I contacted them for a rear gate key. Adequate parking for the properties and only 10 minutes outside of London. Would recommend.

I booked this house for 14 people for a hen do. The house is exactly as listed, perfect size for a large group, nice and clean, well equipped. Itâs in a nice road opposite a lovely park. Itâs a bit out of town, around 20 minutes in an Uber, but didnât have much trouble booking them. There is on the road parking, first come first serve. The noise detector was very sensitive considering itâs a house that can accommodate 15 people but this was sorted between us and the host promptly.

Beautiful home, very spacious for 13 people. The beds were very comfortable, made us feel right at home. Itâs in a great location, walkable to shops.

We had a great stay in this lovely house! It had been difficult to find something that would meet the needs of three families with kids, but this ticked all the boxes - good number of bathrooms and great downstairs seating areas. Lovely decor and very clean. If we come back to Liverpool we wouldn't hesitate to book again :)

Good location, size and amenities. Suited our 2 families well.

Great house, loads of space, the kitchen / dining room was an enjoyable place to entertain.  We stayed as a family of 6, young to old but there is plenty of space for the max guests of 15. Small outside courtyard to the back and the house looks onto a small green area.

Situated within walking distance of Orrell Park station and Walton Vale. We visited for a family event so it was a perfect house to share to ensure we spent as much time together as possible. 
It was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 days away.

Property description was accurate and it seemed to be in a quiet area with no road noise etc.

The only issue we had was upon arriving it was very clear that the house wasn't cleaned to the standard that I would expect. However, these things happen from time to time and I am happy that Joanne and the team that I contacted were extremely responsive to rectify the situation which was much appreciated by myself and all the family. All in all, we would definately stay again and look forward to visiting in the future.
