Cedar House

Cedar House is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom house situated in Wavertree. Sleeping 7 people and with a large lounge/diner and kitchen is a great place to rest and relax after a busy day of shopping or sightseeing. When entering into the light and spacious hallway you'll see this house has had a great renovation. The first room you come to is a large double bedroom with plenty of space and with large windows is light and spacious. The next room is the lounge with plenty of comfortable seating in addition to a dining area comprising tables and chairs. Leading through to the large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with additional seating area. The fully equipped kitchen means you can prepare a 3 course meal or arrange refreshments and snacks for friends. Up the stairs at the front of the house there is a large triple bedroom containing a double and single bed with plenty of storage space too. The middle bedroom contains a double bed again with plenty of space. The large bathroom contains a free standing bath and a seperate walk in shower in addition to a sink and toilet. There is a small outside area suitable for smoking with a small patio table and 2 chairs. Guests will have use of the whole house. The space is not shared with anybody else. Situated in the popular suburb of Wavertree it's a great place as a base to explore our amazing city. An uber would have you in the city centre in about 10 minutes and would be about £10. There are lots of shops such as Asda within a 5 minute walk. The main M62 motorway is about a 5 minute drive.
