Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home in L7—perfect for families, work trips, or groups seeking easy access to the City Centre, with all the comforts of home and free on-street parking. This well-maintained property has everything you need for a relaxing stay, accommodating up to 7 guests: 1 king-sized bed, 4 single beds, and a convenient sofa bed in the lounge. With modern amenities and easy access to local attractions, this is a fantastic option for anyone staying in the area.

Our home has three cosy, well-appointed bedrooms, perfect for any groups who want their own space. The first bedroom is a spacious twin, just off the hallway, with two single beds and plenty of room for luggage, plus hanging rails for your clothes.

Next, you’ll find the open-plan lounge and dining area. It’s a great spot to relax, with comfy sofas, a lovely dining space, and a smart TV for those chill evenings. The kitchen is right off this area and is fully fitted and ready for you to prepare meals with ease.

Upstairs, the main family bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink, and a WC. The second bedroom is another twin room with two single beds and lots of storage, giving you plenty of options for your stay.

Finally, the front bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed, extra storage, and additional desk space.
