We had an absolutely fantastic stay visiting family in the area, plenty of room to accommodate our whole family with 4 very good sized bedrooms. The house is stunning and everything appeared brand new! Two bathrooms, plus one downstairs loo all immaculate. Right in the centre of Formby - a couple of minutes from Formby train station which was handy for trips to Liverpool. Beach and Village restaurants were a short walk away. Brian was a superb host and was extremely helpful, responding promptly to any questions we had. When we are back in the area we will definitely be staying again!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. The home is comfortable and gorgeous - spacious, clean, airy, very welcoming. There are two full baths upstairs and also a convenient half bath on the ground floor. There is a lot of space to spread out and have some privacy to entertain or work in the office. The backyard is peaceful, parking abundant. Beautiful furniture and decor. I would highly recommend this property to anyone passing through Formby. Easy drive to shops and restaurants of the village and not far from the squirrel forest and beach.
