With parking for two cars on the driveway, this modern retreat is perfect for relaxing while exploring the scenic North West coastline. Ideal for golfers and leisure seekers, it’s close to three major golf courses within 10 minutes and four more just 30 minutes away on the Wirral. Step inside to discover spacious, light-filled interiors. To your right, the generous lounge features comfortable seating and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

The kitchen/dining area is bright and airy, fully equipped for preparing everything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. The dining area is ideal for family gatherings or casual games. Adjacent, the Orangery provides a peaceful retreat with serene views of the private garden.

We had a great couple of days stay when visiting Formby for a family birthday and extra accommodation was needed. Very spacious property and accommodating to request for late checkout. Property has everything you would need. Feedback I gave to look at hot water settings was accepted and apologies given for issue. Not too far from the beach and close to the station and village shops. We would come again! Thanks
